We pride ourselves on having the freshest and best quality truffle and our truffle dishes are the signature of our restaurant. Meet The Team.
Diploma from G.pastore Hotel and Chef School, Italy 2002 Manu worked for Piemontese Chef Antonio Carluccio as his Head Chef in one of his London branches. he has also built experience in other London and Marbella restaurants. He started Il Tartufo in April 2011 with Hollie.
She started the restaurant together with Emanuele in 2011 following experience in Scotland and Marbella. Together they built Il Tartufo up to move to their current premises on Plaza Tetuan (Il Tartufo was previously situated in a small premises next door). Hollie continues to manage the general running of the restaurant and also performs Hostess function on a nightly basis.
